Our top priorities are ensuring our pet guests are safe and remain healthy.
To help prevent serious, contagious diseases in a dog boarding and daycare community environment we require guests be current on:
- Rabies vaccinations, Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccines for adult dogs.
- At least three Distemper/Parvovirus vaccinations, an initial Rabies vaccination, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) for puppies.
We require a copy of your pet's most recent vaccination records preferably 48 hours prior to check-in. You or your vet may email this to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pet parents may also attach forms and vaccine records through the Let's Connect page of this website.
Please keep in mind, diseases such as kennel cough can spread rapidly and symptoms may not be evident in all cases. Also, while current kennel cough vaccines help prevent disease, there are numerous strains of kennel cough that vaccines may not protect against. Please become informed about the risks to your pet from visiting dog parks, pet stores, grooming and boarding facilities, or any location where there is a community of dogs.
As a courtesy, and to protect other pets staying with us, please refrain from boarding pets that are under treatment for any contagious illness or that have symptoms of illness the pet parent suspects may be contagious.
Discounts/Package pricing not applicable for guests that are not spayed or neutered, as they require special accommodations.
Please feel welcome to download and complete the new forms prior to your arrival. This will make check-in easier for you and provide us with the information we need to help make your pet's stay with us enjoyable.
We want to know what makes your pet happy, so we ask questions including their routine at home, how they interact with other dogs, their favorite activities, and whether there are any medicines or dietary restrictions. This information helps us provide your pet with enriching experiences during their stay with us.
Please contact us with any questions about these forms - we are here to help.
