Please note that Pet Guests must be current on rabies, distemper/dhlpp, and bordetella (kennel cough) and be on medication for heartworm and flea prevention. You may submit immunization records on our portal or send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our top priorities are ensuring our Pet Guests and our Team are safe and remain healthy.
To help prevent serious, contagious diseases in a dog boarding and daycare community environment we require guests be current on:
- Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
- Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) for adult dogs
- Puppies: At least three Distemper/Parvovirus rounds, an initial Rabies vaccination, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Please keep in mind, diseases such as kennel cough can spread rapidly and symptoms may not be evident in all cases. Also, while current kennel cough vaccines help prevent disease, there are numerous strains of kennel cough that vaccines may not protect against. Please become informed about the risks to your pet from visiting dog parks, pet stores, grooming and boarding facilities, or any location where there is a community of dogs.
As a courtesy, and to protect other pets staying with us, please do not bring pets that are under treatment for any contagious illness or that have symptoms of illness the pet parent suspects may be contagious.
Discounts/Package pricing not applicable for adult pet guests that are not spayed or neutered, as they require special accommodations.

We want to know what makes your pet happy, so we ask questions about their routine at home, how they interact with other dogs & humans, their favorite activities, and medicines or dietary restrictions. This information helps us provide your pet with an enriched experience during their stay with us.
